The 2017 Southern Cross Challenge (SCC), a tournament founded during our current CEO Ross Wignell’s time at the helm of Basketball Victoria, pits top end Victoria Metro and Victoria Country against one another, and other States, in a great opportunity to test our skill against others Nationally.

The tournament is aimed at the U14 and U15 age groups for both boys and girls, and is an opportunity to represent Victoria – which is a huge honor, and one that cannot be understated. The SCC provides that, plus the environment, that grows our exposure and experience in that level of heightened competition.

Recently, Basketball Victoria announced its coaching lineup for the tournament and 5 of our Diamond Valley coaches are on Metro benches in the navy and white.
